Withdrawal policy, exceptions to the right of withdrawal & withdrawal form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of the receipt of such a revocation (e.g., via email).
To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right to withdraw before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offered), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
You must only bear the loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for examining the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
