Scope of application
Our general terms and conditions apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods from our shop that you conclude with us (Evelina Storm, Falkenstr. 9, 30449 Hannover, Telephone: 01746977011, Mail: bpc.storm@gmail.com) as a consumer or business owner.
consumer means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. entrepreneur means a natural or legal person or a legally competent partnership that acts in the course of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
Our general terms and conditions apply exclusively. Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms will only become part of the contract if we have expressly agreed to their validity. This requirement for consent applies in every case, for example, even if we carry out the contract without reservation while being aware of the terms.
Conclusion of contract
The presentation of goods in our shop does not constitute a legally binding offer on our part to conclude a contract, but rather a non-binding invitation for you to submit a legally binding offer. You can submit this offer by selecting the desired goods, adding them to your shopping cart, completing the order process, and clicking the button that finalizes the order process. We will confirm receipt of your offer to you immediately afterward by email. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of your offer.
The acceptance of your offer can be declared by us within five days, starting from the day after you submitted your offer, through the alternatives described below:
- We will send you an order confirmation by email, fax, or mail. The decisive factor is the moment at which you receive the order confirmation.
- We deliver the goods you have ordered. The decisive factor is the time at which the ordered goods are handed over to you.
- We request that you make the payment. The decisive factor is the moment at which the payment request is received by you.
- If you use one of the payment methods we offer, where you issue the payment instruction during the ordering process or by clicking the button that completes the ordering process, or immediately after completing the ordering process, we hereby declare acceptance of your offer at the moment you issue the payment instruction. The decisive factor for the timing of the acceptance of your offer, in the presence of multiple alternatives described above, is the one that occurs first.
If we do not accept your offer in a timely manner, it will be considered rejected. You will then no longer be bound by your offer.
Delivery and shipping address
The delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The customer is required to provide an order process with a complete and correct delivery address to be stated.
Is an order canceled due to a incorrectly or incompletely entered address not delivered, we will take care of it no liability for the loss or additional shipping costs.
After shipping is a change of the delivery address no longer possible.

Shipping method

The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

Vouchers / Discount code
If you are using a voucher code or discount code, please note that certain promotional codes cannot be combined with a free shipping offer.
Which discounts are combinable will be automatically checked and displayed in the shopping cart. There is no entitlement to combine multiple discounts.
Contract language
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
Input error
You can review your entries and identify any input errors at any time before submitting an order. If necessary, use the zoom functions available in your browser to enlarge the display of your entries. You can correct your entries using the correction aids provided during the ordering process and by making new entries with your mouse and keyboard. You can cancel the ordering process at any time before submitting an order by closing your browser.
Right of withdrawal

Prices
The prices listed in our shop are final prices and include the currently applicable statutory value-added tax, unless otherwise indicated in the product description.
If shipping or transport costs are incurred, these will be listed separately in the description of the goods.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs (customs duties, import sales tax, fees for currency exchange and money transactions, etc.) may arise, which are your responsibility and do not fall within our scope of liability. SEPA direct debit
If you have selected SEPA direct debit as your payment method, the payment will be due as soon as you have granted us a SEPA direct debit mandate and the pre-notification period for the SEPA direct debit has expired. The payment will be collected as soon as we hand over the ordered goods to the shipping or transport service provider and the pre-notification period for the SEPA direct debit has expired.
Advance payment by bank transfer
If you have chosen prepayment by bank transfer as your payment method, the payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded. We will provide you with our bank details for this purpose. The delivery of the goods will take place after receipt of payment.
Delivery
We will deliver the ordered goods to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process.
If you would like to pick up the goods from us, you can select this option during the ordering process. In this case, no shipping or transport costs will be incurred. We will inform you by email as soon as the goods are ready for pickup and coordinate the pickup time with you. The pickup must take place at our location.
Retention of title
in the event that we provide advance performance (for example, in the case of purchase on account), the goods remain our property until the full purchase price has been paid.
Warranty
The statutory defect liability rights apply.
Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the shipping or transport service provider as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The delay of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal or contractual warranty claims and their enforcement. However, by doing so, you help us assert our own claims against the shipping or transport service provider or the transport insurance.
Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in a dispute resolution process before a consumer arbitration body.
Choice of law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies without the reference rules of international private law and with the exclusion of the UN Sales Law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory provisions of the law in the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
